The Youthspark Pan African Conference is a bi-annual capacity building programme designed for visionary, innovative and development youths to dialogue, share ideas and strategies that accelerate problem-solving opportunities in Africa. The conference provides excellent opportunity for networking with like-minded youth and interacting with eminent professionals, business and thought leaders from across Africa in a dialogue aimed at fostering intergenerational and providing generational solutions to the growing and challenging African Economy. Through our biannual youth conference, coaching and mentoring programs, we have successful engaged with over 150 entrepreneurs across 17 countries to identify and solve social problems in their communities.
Youthspark Emerging Leaders Fellowship (YELF)
The YELF program is an intensive academic and leadership enrichment program designed for African secondary school. The project creates a platform which engages and builds the leadership capacity of secondary school functionaries as agents of positive transformation and champions of attitudinal change among their peers.
DIALOGUE ON YOUTH PARTICIPATION & GOVERNANCE
This is a dialogue participatory program which engages young people for the promotion of civic engagement and supporting democratic and participatory governance among youth citizens.
GENDER-BASED COMMUNITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS
We implement projects that address community sensitization and awareness programs on issues around Reproductive Health, Female Genital Mutilation and other harmful traditional practices.

YOUTHSPARK ONLINE TV SERIES
This is a medium through which we carry out real-time survey and analysis on youth related issues through one-on-one interviews, media outreaches etc.
